Izabela Poznanski is an experienced attorney working in the Chicago office, focusing on representing injured railroad workers under FELA. Prior to joining Marc J. Bern & Partners, LLP, Izabela represented hundreds of clients in various personal injury and worker’s compensation matters. She has also represented individuals successfully at trial.

Izabela graduated cum laude from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. In law school, Izabela served on the John Marshall Law Review Board as an editor and competed in the prestigious international Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court competition placing Second in the Southern Regional. She also received a CALI award in Civil Procedure. Izabela received her Bachelor’s in Political Science from Loyola University in Chicago.  Izabela is admitted to practice law in Illinois. She is fluent in Polish and conversational in Spanish.
