Gianfranco Regina – September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Attorney

Gianfranco Regina is a dedicated 9/11 attorney representing individuals and families across the United States who have been impacted by exposure to Ground Zero toxins following the September 11th attacks. He focuses exclusively on helping first responders, survivors, and family members navigate the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) and the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) — two of the most critical federal programs available to those suffering from 9/11-related illnesses and health conditions.

Gianfranco’s practice centers on guiding clients through every step of the claims process, including filing WTCHP applications, certifying WTC-related health conditions, pursuing VCF compensation claims, and representing families of those who passed away from 9/11-related cancers and respiratory diseases. He also advocates for clients who experienced significant lost income and disability as a result of their WTC exposure.

With over 1,000 clients represented nationwide, Gianfranco has recovered millions of dollars in VCF awards. He represents clients in all 50 states, making experienced 9/11 VCF legal representation accessible regardless of where clients now live.

Gianfranco earned his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as a Notes Editor for the Hofstra Law Review. His commitment to serving vulnerable populations began during law school, where he represented veterans as a student attorney at the Robert W. Entenmann Veterans Law Clinic. His law review Note, Do You Even Know Me?: A.I. and Its Discriminatory Effects in the Hiring Process, was published in the Hofstra Law Review in 2023, reflecting his broader dedication to justice for underrepresented individuals.

Gianfranco is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and serves 9/11 victims and families nationwide.
