Carl Sessions is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on representing injured railroad workers in cases arising under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act. Carl is dedicated to fighting for the justice that the firm’s clients deserve.

Carl graduated magna cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2019. In law school, he earned CALI awards for highest grades in Civil Procedure and Legal Writing III. He also competed with the school’s national Moot Court team and clerked with the Lake County Public Defender’s Office. After graduating, Carl worked as an Equal Justice Works fellow at Law Center for Better Housing in Chicago, where he defended tenants facing eviction. Prior to joining the firm, Carl served as a pro se judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Carl received his bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College in Iowa. Carl is admitted to practice law in Illinois. In his free time, Carl enjoys playing basketball and spending time in nature with his Chihuahua.
