Victoriya Stolyar is an Associate with Marc J. Bern & Partners LLP. Victoriya focuses her practice on complex civil litigation including but not limited to railroad and transportation, mass and toxic torts, and premises liability. Before joining Marc J. Bern & Partners LLP, Victoriya gained considerable litigation experience working with several prominent regional and national defense firms where she represented national insurance companies, railroad and bus transportation companies, and major corporations against personal injury and premises liability claims, employment related matters, and claims filed under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA). She has successfully tried, arbitrated, and mediated cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and appeared as a zealous advocate on behalf of her clients in federal and state courts throughout the country.
Victoriya acquired her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2011 before clerking for the Honorable Barbara C. Stolte in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2008. Victoriya is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, as well as several United Stated District Courts.
