Ms. Russo concentrates her practice Federal Employer Liability Act (FELA) cases involving railroad workers who were injured on the job or became sick from work-related exposures to toxic substances and are now seeking just compensation for their injuries. Ms. Russo focuses on cases that involve traumatic injuries; repetitive stress injuries sustained over a period of time; occupation-related injuries; and exposure to toxic substances. Ms. Russo is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
Ms. Russo graduated cum laude with a trial advocacy certification from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She has clerked with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, been a member of her school’s Consumer Law Journal, a Corboy Mock Trial Team Fellow, and represented clients in their employment discrimination claims in front of the Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission and Illinois Department of Human Rights.
