James Henning is an associate with Marc J. Bern & Partners LLP. James practices criminal law with a focus on wrongful convictions. Since his admission to practice, he has represented numerous clients who have been charged with or convicted of serious crimes, including a client whose life sentence and conviction for homicide were vacated on grounds of newly discovered evidence and Brady violations.
James received his B.A. from CUNY Hunter College and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is currently licensed to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
