Marc J. Bern & Partners LLP
Experience, Client-Focused Representation and Proven Results
Choosing a firm to represent your interests is an important and potentially difficult decision to make. You may be looking for a certain amount of experience, for a firm that has successfully handled cases similar to yours and for an attorney or firm that will take the right type of approach to your case.
The partners at Marc J. Bern & Partners LLP are nationally recognized, have handled numerous high-profile cases across the United States and have been part of cases that have resulted in excess of 3 billion in settlements and awards. Although we are a large firm with a considerable amount of manpower and resources, we do not sacrifice personal attention. Marc J. Bern & Partners stresses client-focused representation, taking the time to work with each client on an individual basis to determine exactly what strategy will most likely help them reach their goals.
Our level of professionalism and ethics is recognized in our ongoing AV® rating by Martindale-Hubbell®. The Peer Review Ratings™ by Martindale-Hubbell® were created to help consumers find the right legal professionals by identifying lawyers with the “highest ethical standards and professional ability.” Lawyers are rated by their peers, and the highest rating possible is AV Preeminent®, which we achieved.
The respected publication Super Lawyers® has also recognized the partners and many of our attorneys at Marc J. Bern & Partners. The partners have been selected for inclusion in the New York Super Lawyers® and a number of our younger trial lawyers will qualify for inclusion in the New York Rising Stars®, which is reserved for attorneys aged 40 or younger or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. No more than 5% of lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers® and no more than 2.5% are selected for inclusion in the Rising Stars® list. Lawyers cannot nominate themselves but are nominated by their peers and undergo a multi-phase selection and research process to evaluate their qualifications, ethics and ability.
